Voice Acting with The Book The Horse and His Boy

I practiced voice acting with the book The Horse and His Boy, by the author C.S. Lewis. Then I recorded it using Audition.

Here is a picture of the book:

I noticed that when I was listening to to the recording my voice sounded younger, and I could hear the air bouncing off the microphone. I couldn't figure out why it was doing that. I thaught that maby the microphone probably got unplugged. If that happened it would have recorded using the built-in computer microphone. The blue snowball microphone that I use is a much better quality microphone.

In Audition my recorded voice was much lower in the graphical visualization part of the screen.

I don't know how to use Audition to fix this problem yet.
